Butcher & Bull Steakhouse – Winston Salem, NC
I had the pleasure of dining at Butcher & Bull Restaurant in downtown Winston Salem recently. It is safe to say, it was an awesome culinary experience.
The menu options include everything from an amazing ‘smoked’ shrimp cocktail, spanish octopus, hanger steak, bison carpaccio…etc.
I could go on and on, but what Chef Richard Miller does with seasonings and presentation is a delight to all the senses.
Speaking of Chef Richard; he was just recently invited to participate in the North Carolina Restaurant and Lodging Chef showdown this summer. That and other accolades just shows you how he is respected in the industry. You definitely want to experience the artistry he creates coming out of his kitchen.
The food along with the wine and spirits combine to take Butcher & Bull from the standard mundane steakhouse to a chic and modern dining experience.
